At Aznar Innova, customer service and satisfaction come first, so if you wish, you can return any item purchased on admas.es.

Return Conditions

After receiving your purchase, you have up to 30 calendar days to make a return.

Remember to keep the original packaging and tags if you wish to make a return. The product must be returned with the original tags and packaging.

Returned items must not have been used or washed.

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on panties, thongs, briefs, or other intimate garments.

Return Costs

Spain / Portugal: Fixed cost of €2.95 + VAT and an additional cost of €1 per extra item.

Italy, France, and Germany: Fixed cost of €10 + VAT and an additional cost of €3 per extra item.

Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia: Fixed cost of €12 + VAT and an additional cost of €3 per extra item.

America / Asia: Fixed cost of €60 + VAT and an additional cost of €15 per extra item.

How to Return

Access the new Aznar Innova returns portal (devoluciones.aznarinnova.com) using your order reference —the 9-character alphabetical code— and the email address used for the purchase. Once inside, you will be able to select the items and quantities you wish to return, indicate the reason for the return, and confirm the collection details. Once the return request has been confirmed, our team will process it as soon as possible.

You may use the same bag in which you received your order.

Return shipping costs will be your responsibility unless the item you wish to return is defective, in which case the return will be free of charge.
