Returns
At Aznar Innova, customer service and satisfaction come first, so if you wish, you can return any item purchased on admas.es.
Return Conditions
After receiving your purchase, you have up to 30 calendar days to make a return.
Remember to keep the original packaging and tags if you wish to make a return. The product must be returned with the original tags and packaging.
Returned items must not have been used or washed.
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on panties, thongs, briefs, or other intimate garments.
Return Costs
Spain / Portugal: Fixed cost of €2.95 + VAT and an additional cost of €1 per extra item.
Italy, France, and Belgium: Fixed cost of €10 + VAT and an additional cost of €3 per extra item.
America / Asia: Fixed cost of €60 + VAT and an additional cost of €15 per extra item.
How to Return
You can use the same bag in which you received your purchase.
Send us an email at pedidos@aznarinnova.com including your order number and phone number. We will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of the next step.
Return shipping costs will be at your expense, unless the item you wish to return is defective, in which case the return will be free of charge.
